Crosby County publishes no combined criminal-case portal, jail roster, or warrant database, and Texas DPS cautions that only fingerprints positively link a person to a criminal-history record. An Arrest Is Not a Conviction
An arrest or booking shows that custody occurred. It does not establish guilt. Prosecutors may reject, reduce, amend, or replace a booking charge, and a court may dismiss a case, enter an acquittal, defer adjudication, or record another outcome. Texas expunction or nondisclosure can later change access. Check the appropriate Crosby County clerk's disposition before reaching a conclusion.

The Sheriff is the source for county booking and jail records. The District Clerk holds 72nd District Court felony files, and the County Clerk holds County Court misdemeanors. Municipal and justice clerks retain their fine-only cases. Texas DPS controls CCH and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. An official or certified copy must come from the custodian, not from this website.
